Neotropical Dragons are a breed that originate in rainforests. They are fun-loving and enjoy lounging on tree branches, eating whatever fruit they find. They are also often found sunning themselves on rocks, using their large wings to soak up the rays. In the summer, males compete for mates by showing off their striped wings and gliding in spirals down the tree trunks. It is said that the larger the wings, the more likely the male will attract a suitable mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

SUB-Banana was once known and feared for her sandwich-making, where she would slice a banana lengthwise and fill it with various sandwich fillings. Some of these were wonderful, like when she put slices of banana (sliced lengthwise) as a filling; some were terrible, such as when she put strips of old shoe and magically-synthesised cheese-like food product for a filling, and others were potentially dangerous—her peanut butter and mana-berry jelly sandwiches were the most infamous. Unfortunately, no one has seen her in the Madder Jungle for some time.

There is a hole in reality caused by the confluence of wild time and darkness mana and SUB-Banana fell into this distorted region. Rooms there tend to revert to a base state, and SUB-Banana has managed to insert her favourite fruit into certain places. It's a good thing too, because without bananas, she wouldn't be able to survive. If only it was easier to encounter other individuals, however. She really misses getting her bananas stolen.
