Scimitar-wing Wyverns are a small breed, eating mainly birds and small vertebrates; as such, they lack the large teeth and heavy claws of their larger cousins. They are far from defenseless, however, and are named for the blade-like growth that forms over the first digit of their wings. The wyverns use these blades to defend themselves from any attacker. Their blades are quite strong and can cut through almost any scale or hide.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Aigne Scanraithe is a very timid dragon. She usually hits people with her wings when she feels threatened or they are yelling. Aigne Scanraithe can judge a person's character just by looking their eyes, she tends to push away those who come off as shifty or untrustworthy. Although some of her family just say it's because she was abandoned as an egg. Unfortunately for her family, she is usually spot on with her judgements and will continue to be spot on as long as she keeps her terrified actions. Aigne Scanraithe has a habit to sleep with her head on May213's stomach like she did when she was a hatchling. The reason she is so terrified of everything is because she remembers the day her egg was kicked out of her mother's nest by bigger hatchlings, she isn't afraid of the world per say as she is more afraid of abandonment.
