Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Far away from the center of the clan lives Xesau, a strange Black dragon that many try to forget about. She is obsessed with the dead and the afterlife, believing that those who have passed on hold a greater knowledge than any living being could hope to gain. She has an array of unorthodox hobbies: building shrines, practicing magic, and holding deep conversations with spirits that she claims only she can see. She is so devoted to the departed that she rarely eats or sleeps, giving her a rather cadaverous appearance. Xesau claims to have more knowledge about the dead than any other living dragon, and uses her "friends on the other side" to read the past, present, and future of all those who stop by her cave; for a price, of course. She only converses with species like Marrows and Shadow Walkers when not dealing with customers, as the ghoulish breeds are usually more than happy to discuss all things postmortem.
