Sophrosyne Dragons are a rare sight, typically making themselves known only to protect and heal the vulnerable. A visit from one serves as a reminder that kindness prevails, and that there’s always hope for positive change. While it is known that they possess the power to reverse botched spells, some claim they can even cure methodically-cast curses. This has never been formally documented, but these dragons have been seen arriving in the aftermath of violence, and the scars of tragedy seem to heal faster in their wake. The feathers of a Sophrosyne have thus become a symbol of perseverance and light in the face of darkness.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Vazunax is very gentle for a dragon. He's sensitive to the feelings of others and tries to keep everyone around him in good spirits. When a friend of his is upset, he will speak to them in a kind way and hold them until they feel better. These highly desirable characteristics have obviously made him somewhat popular amongst the females. They tend to gravitate towards him and seek out his comfort. Unfortunately, that has made him highly unpopular with the males. The other males in his cave accuse him of stealing their mates. It makes Vazunax very uncomfortable because he would never do such a thing, but he's given up on trying to reason with the males who are usually bigger and scarier than he is.
