Royal Blue dragons are a nocturnal breed who prefer to live high in the mountains near slow-moving water that reflects the night sky. Although quite capable of defending themselves, they are peaceful by nature and will avoid a fight whenever possible.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Snowstorm Sva Varg is, in most ways, the quintessential royal blue dragon. She is quiet and reflective, like the still pools of water she prefers to be around, and enjoys plenty of fish and the companionship of her fellow dragons. During clear nights, she never fails join the other royal blues as they observe the moon. She has sworn herself to peace and as a result, seeks the protection of her kin whenever wild dragons intrude upon their peaceful habitat. Other than the occasional natural disaster, wild dragon battle, or visiting foreigners, she enjoys a very peaceful and happy life as a royal blue dragon.

However, like any other dragon, Snowstorm Sva Varg is not completely ordinary. She does possess certain mysterious powers, such as being able to control the frigid weather during the winter months, and even create fantastic waves of color in the sky. She speculates these powers come from her ancestors, some of whom were christmas dragons that lived around her alpine habitat long ago.
