Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It occasionally shoots small puffs of smoke from its nose, like it’s trying to breathe fire.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Vixen is a female terror in every sense of the word, for she inherited the naughtiest traits of both her parents; her father's love of seduction and her mother's glee in spontaneously setting things on fire. As such, she'll toy and flirt with the poor little male dragon's hearts until they get too close... then decide it would be even greater fun to set their tails on fire and watch them run around squealing in terror! Fortunately, all the peers she set aflame were extinguished within seconds, but unfortunately no spankings or warnings by her parents have gotten the giddy little monster to stop her wicked ways.
