Electric Dragons wield electricity with great prowess. Bright sparks race across these dragons’ bodies in a dazzling dance of light, complemented by the blindingly radiant sparks on their tails. Using their bellies and manes as stores for this electrical energy, Electric Dragons wield crackling magic, stunning and electrocuting their prey with a whip of their tail. During mating season it is typically those with the most brilliant sparks—an indicator of strength and hunting ability—that are drawn to each other.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Exquza is a very dangerous dragon, always sending her lightning bolts around even from something as little as jumping while trying to avoid obstacles. Other dragons believe that she doesn't pay attention to what is happening and it doesn't seem like she cares if she hurts anyone. Some say she just isn't able to control her lightning because nobody actually saw her hunting with or doing anything else with lightning.

Sadly, those dragons are mostly correct. Every time she gets scolded for her inattention, she quietly says "excuse me" so quietly that no dragon is able to hear her. Exqusa doesn't even think of going outside during storms because her lightning gets so powerful that even she is shocked by it, though she is the one that produced it. She wonders how did she get such power and why she isn't able to control it. At least she practices her lightning producing abilities when no one is looking. She is ashamed of how bad at controlling her element she is.
