Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Aztecsoa abandoned his clan. The other dragons tormented him when he was a little hatchling because his wings grew later than the other dragons. He tried and tried to prove to them of his power, but he knew he had none.

One day the other hatchlings pushed him off a cliff. He thrashed and flapped his wings and he flew for the first time in his life! The other dragons were astonished and vowed to leave him alone forever. Alas, forever didn't last; again they pushed him. And that day it was raining so Aztecsoa fell to the bottom of the cliff, paralyzed he called for his mother but she was nowhere around. Several years have passed since then. He refuses to fly so poor Aztecsoa is still down there too scared to emerge to his clan dragons, but happy enough to pounce on prey that wander his way.
