Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Blessed with a lot of magical power, Zoreenna uses it as much as she can. She almost doesn't know how to hunt due to her magical traps that always catch their prey. The days when she uses too much magical power, she will not do anything, unless she has a little food saved up from her magical hunts, then she will eat. Otherwise those are simply "do nothing days" and it seems that they come more often then Zoreenna would want. She actually never stored food, but now she is beginning to be more cautious and hunts even more. That results to using more magic as well. So it's like a magic wheel. Somehow, Zoreenna is too stubborn to start learning hunting and letting go of magic. The little ones often laugh at her for being so weak that she cannot even catch a rabbit by herself.
