Radiant Angel Dragons are known for their intuition—they always seem to know when someone is feeling down, and will do what they can to provide cheer. These dragons are curious and will poke their noses into anything. They communicate with one another by making sounds similar to singing. It is said that the golden feathers shed from their whiskers can rekindle lost feelings of love.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Upon a day that dawned cold and clear, a mysterious new egg was found at the entrance to the clan's cave. No one knew quite where it had come from, or even what species it was supposed to hatch into, but the clan agreed that they could not simply leave an unhatched egg alone, and promptly brought it inside the cave. It was carefully watched over day and night from that moment on, in the hopes that the dragon inside would grow into a valued new member of the clan.

Lo and behold, Angelus managed to fill that position splendidly. He is a kind soul, never hesitating to cheer someone up when he senses negative emotions within the clan, and is often quick to distract unruly hatchlings with a spectacular show of white magic. Angelus pines for any kind of new knowledge as well, and various scrolls can often be found crammed into his corner of the cave. Despite his popularity within the clan, however, Angelus tends to be a bit of an introvert, and only becomes sociable when he wants to be.
