Black Tea Dragons have small scent glands on the underside of their wing arm that release a pleasant scent. Though many creatures enjoy being in the vicinity of Black Tea dragons, the scent is intended to draw in swarms of butterflies. Though Black Tea dragons are full sized dragons, these insects are the mainstay of their diet.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Rose is a rose, but as an old saying goes, every rose has its thorns. Of course, thorns can be removed, and so Rose herself believes is the case with metaphorical roses. In this case, the metaphorical 'thorns' would be flaws.

This being said, how could she possibly hope to remove her flaws—they're what make her unique. When questioned, her response was thus: "Flaws don't make you unique. What makes you unique is not copying others in an attempt to be accepted by a large group." (She paused here because the interviewer flinched.) "Anyway, if I remove my flaws, I'd be accepted—popular, really—but still remain unique. I'd be a beautiful rose without thorns. Like this..." at which point she produced a gorgeous rose without a hint of thorns nor any stubs where they might have been.

"It's flawless."
