Sunsong Amphipteres are an unusual breed. Due to light interference caused by their magical nature, they don’t seem to be affected by any ambient light source. However, when struck by direct sunlight, they shine a brilliant gold. They are playful and ever in flight; their ethereal and mysterious appearance and the fact that they are usually only seen at a distance have led many to believe they are a symbol of hope and good fortune.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Dragons of this breed are graceful, elusive, beautiful. They are a rare and treasured sight, inspiring cries of delight and wonder alike when they draw near, filling the eyes of all who watch with light.

And so it is that, when this majestic beast alights before scores of people, that the waiting crowd can only expect the best. Such a legendary occurrence is sure to bring blessings, joy, prosperity--!

"Let me sing you the song of my people," the dragon announces, solemnly, before breaking into off-key screams of "JUNGLES JUNGLES DRAGONSSS IN THE JUNGLESS, BUGS EVERYWHEREEE, ANTS AHHH THE ANTS ARE COMING THEY ARE CRAWLING INTO YOUR PANTSSS AHHH JUNGLESS" and other similar things which for the sake of not causing immediate death by stupefying horror have not been listed in full here. Needless to say this leads to the crowd quickly leaving, no longer finding sunsongs at all impressive or mysterious, which in turn makes others of his breed quite want to strangle his stupid chicken neck.
