Green Dragons are also sometimes called “earth” dragons. They usually live deep within caves, and have power over the earth. They are capable of launching boulders at high speeds, and can cause earthquakes by slamming down onto the ground.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Achuak'aesthyr has a short temper and makes sure everybody knows it. More than once as a hatchling she has had tantrums causing tremors to echo through the hills and forests, creating small landslides and uprooting dead trees from the ground. She tries to bottle up her anger and not let other dragons and humans affect her mood, but she finds it exceptionally difficult and takes all comments straight to heart. Many comment that she is an unusual shade of green, darker and more vivid than her kin, she is quite sensitive about her shade and often takes comments about it as a slight, getting very upset and bashing the ground, sending rocks hurtling towards buildings and the ground to shake beneath her.
