Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Red Eye is a storyteller. He has an infinite supply of them, to the amazement and astonishment of his fellow dragons and the ARBL, the human who watches over them. It seems he can weave an amazing plot with dozens of characters and tell it in a way that is truly inspiring from the smallest idea. His stories range from epic to humorous to mysterious, and everything in between. Red Eye is a very thoughtful and friendly dragon, and it is almost impossible to not like him. When asked to tell a story, all else ceases, dragons drop everything and fly to wherever the young Red Dragon is right away, eager to hear the tale. His favorite story is one about nine heroes, who band together to save their world and their friends.
