Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. As the primary teacher of the young dragons, The Academy often makes a profound impact on his students. He's always willing to lend a sympathetic ear and give advice, o student regrets having him as a teacher! However, his true love is the theatre; often encouraging young dragons to take to the stage. The plays he directs are top notch; blending the talents of both dragons and some brave humans, they are not to be missed. In fact, it's become popular to begin a speech with "I'd like to thank The Academy..."; the rumor is each time he is thanked for his talents his bronze hide glows a little more golden, just as his cheeks blush a deeper red.
