Red Dragons are similar to typical story book dragons. They shoot flames, can fly, etc. However, they aren’t evil creatures as depicted in myths and won’t go around raiding castles, killing knights, or kidnapping princesses. They live in a variety of habitats, from forests to coastlines to abandoned castles, usually in warm climates, and eat whatever living creatures they can find.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Antei is a rather unsocial dragon. He doesn't care much for company and will typically ignore anyone who attempts at making conversation with him. In fact, he hates even being talked about. Most of his time is spent by himself out in the woods, which is his favorite place to be. The reason for this is simple: there are bears in the woods. Antei has always enjoyed bears; they're his favorite meal because they're the only thing that will actually put up a fight. At one point in time he managed to completely knock out the bear population in a large area. The nearby towns ended up finding out who was keeping all the bears away, and he became a highly talked about dragon. This, of course, was unacceptable to Antei. He made a point of killing all the towns' sheep.
