Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Magiijae, became the Clan's innate healer due to her magical prowess. As a Magi Dragon, she has many powers that her brethren in the Clan do not. Magiijae is a scholar as well as a healer and bides her time sifting through the knowledge that Draconica has managed to obtain over time. Magiijae has two children of her own, hybrid dragons in fact. She mated with Abukyr, who was once a wandering, sea-faring Water Dragon. He quickly settled down once Magiijae bore two eggs, two healthy she-dragons. She bears great resemblance to her offspring, they both have her striking orange coat and soft ocean-blue eyes, they even have her innate magical abilities. One of her children currently serves as her assistant and the other assists Abukyr in hunting and foraging for healing kelp.
