Thus, eggs that are laid in spring match the pink flowers and green buds of spring, and those that are laid in the summer grow to depict the bright green of the forest trees and the yellow of the sun. Eggs laid in autumn display the bright colors of leaves falling from trees, and those that are laid during winter take on the appearance of the icy snow.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. SakuraLugia, who is mostly referred to as Sakura (which means "Cherry Blossom"), is one of very few dragons that KimokotheDragon knows about who is not in any clans. He is also one of the kindest dragons she knows. Oftentimes, Sakura accompanies her on very long trips and lets her ride on his back whenever she gets tired of walking. Sakura is often confused as a "she" because of the fact that his name is often used for girls. Despite this, he doesn't really mind, since he knows how he got the name and why it fits him.
