Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Misty Dawn was born in the wee hours of the a day where the only light in the sky was the glow of the presun reflecting on the gloom giving the world an eerie white glow. From the moment her eyes first viewed that foreboding and yet almost majical light she has been obsessed with finding it again. Often up far before the vampires have bedded for the night she sits near the mouth of the cave and greets every dawn that finds her in good health. Although she could easily use her abilities to create the mist that a dawn needs to glow before the sun rise, it just wouldn't hold the same magic as that first dawn she saw. Even a hot tempered soul needs to find peace once in a while.
