Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

The skies were swirling masses of clouds, that fateful day. A terrible hurricane picked up, destroying half of a small island off the coast. Many lives perished before sunset.

And on this day, in the eye of the storm, a dragon was born. Appropriately, she was dubbed Isisia, after the storm which stole a thousand lives on the day of her birth.

Isis is a thrill seeker. Whether it was the monster storm which made her fight for life early or just a natural thing most grays have, she has always been aloof. She is fierce, proud, and strong. Her father was said to have been a black, though this is unconfirmed, as her origins are wild.

Much to the dismay of her protective mate, Djarven, she loves to stir-up trouble. Other dragons like him she sees as boring or average. But whether his muscled physique as a guardian or loyalty, he sends a thrill through her.

She often pays no heed to his dismay; as no matter how much the pair fight, she knows he'll be back within the week.
