Geode Dragons are closely related to Stone dragons. They are covered in a hard stone-like material as well as beautiful crystal. Their wings are entirely useless for flight, but they help attract mates. The dragons with the most brilliant and colorful crystals are more likely to mate.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

EG can't seem to get this naughty dragon to stop eating rocks. Everyone is concerned that by eating rocks, Gemonite of the Cliffs is going to end up messing up his digestive system. However, he gobbles them down and doesn't seem to be bothered one bit. In fact, he has never been sick. In addition to the rocks he eats, he eats a little meat due to the need to move when he's done eating all the small rocks and pebbles in the area he's in. He lives up in the cliffs above the cave, searching for the perfect rocks. He doesn't just eat them either. He hoards them as well! He has piles and piles of large unpalatable rocks in his nest. The other geodes simply shake their heads at him and his unusual habits.
