Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. Its belly is bright red and it is most active in the evening.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

While most hatchlings would resent being frozen at such an early stage, this young one actually revels in its, well, gender deficiency.

Firstly, the Supernova clan's rules forbid hatchlings from taking on the laborious or possibly even dangerous tasks assigned to adults, with limited exceptions for frozen hatchlings; because this hatchling showed no special talents or eagerness to participate in those tasks, its work time has been halved for the rest of its life.

Secondly, it enjoys torturing the other group members by repeatedly asking them what gender it is. Obviously, it is Gender Deficient, so no one is able to answer this question. It savors the reactions of the adults it asks, and enjoys driving them crazy.
