Gold dragons are the ones most often killed by humans, who consider their scales to be extremely valuable. These golden scales grant them a high level of protection, similar to armor, and they use this to their advantage in battle.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Inspire was the fourth wild-bred Gold Dragon to arrive at the Breedery, and the first one whose egg was taken from the wild by Lurhstaap himself. As such, he sees himself as being a bit more important than the other three, due to the special relationship that he believes he has with Lurhstaap. Inspire can be jealous and possessive of the people and dragons he favors, but to his credit, he does strive to keep his worst tendencies under control. This artistic, thoughtful golden male is fond of the various seasonal-spirit dragons, especially those who are wild-bred like himself, and is often seen in their company. Inspire is most likely to spend time with female holiday-spirits, but has some noteworthy friends and allies among the males, too. Unlike some of the other metallic dragons, Inspire has an aristocratic air about him, but in practice, he isn't interested in the idea of being some kind of born leader or ruler. He has more amusing things to do.
