Magma Dragons are capable of withstanding the intense temperatures of their element. They live in volcanic regions, their bodies coated in the red hot magma which clings to their scales. They must leave the lava fields in order to hunt, although they require surprisingly little food to sustain their lumbering mass.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Like some dragons, Hararka is annoyed when finicky hatchlings complain all the time. He cares mostly for himself, but will take care of the random females he chooses for mates. Because of the rarity of his kind, he gets all of the attention in the clan. The females come snapping at his tail, but they often get burned by doing that. Hararka is helpful in little ways. He got Sherepta1 one step closer to obtaining a Guardian of Nature. He can haze others at times, but usually just leaves them alone. Hararka can easily outwit someone because of his intelligence. But because so many female dragons of the clan are vile to him, Hararka's life is tough.
