Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It loves warmth, and sometimes you have to pull it away from fire to keep it from burning itself.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Felidae is rather lazy for a young hatchie. Most of the time she seems to nap, rather than going out exploring the world. She can be up and about in a heartbeat though if some interesting sound penetrates her dreams. Until her excellent hearing informs her that there's something of interest around though, she simply searches for the highest spot she can find, napping undisturbed in the hot sun.
