Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It enjoys gathering pebbles and other small rocks and putting them in a pile.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Ceeris was raised with Hatshepsut, Lilae's (one of the Clan's Elders) daughter, just like her father Apedemak (a Clan's Elder) was raised with Lilae. Hatshepsut decided to go on and grow up while Ceeris decided to stay young. Now that Hatshepsut is an adult a rift has grown between the two and Ceeris has started spending time with Zoven, another of the Clan's Frozen, and her little sister, Meirlight. While Hatshapsut spends all her time with her new mate Ouragon and her new baby. Ceeris spends most of the time swimming with Zoven, or exploring things that are new to her with Meirlight.
