White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Roaming Rose is a male White dragon. He is a healer, and is very good at his job. Very good, that is, when he isn't daydreaming. Roaming Rose has a tendency to allow his mind to drift off into the infinite realm of dreaming, particularly when he is bored or somebody is trying to talk to him. This infuriating habit of his is believed to be linked to his parentage; his mother was a Daydream dragon. Roaming Rose is very quiet and not very interested in socialising with other dragons.

Whether Roaming Rose is smart or stupid remains a mystery to many. Some dragons say that his prowess at healing shows that he is clever; no mere simpleton could heal so competently. Other dragons argue that his constant daydreaming signifies a distinct lack of intelligence. Regardless of what other dragons say, Roaming Rose always smiles softly and lets them guess at mysteries unknown to all but himself.
