Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Abandoned by his owner and left by his mother, Fir was found in a secret cave full of the Christmas Dragons. When he realized he'd never see his mother, Fir took on a life of  loneliness. He does not hate or even dislike his owner, for she rescued him and raised him well. She, along with a few other dragons such as the nurturing red dragons are the only ones he will stay near.

At night, he can be found alone perched on higher rocks of the cave he and the Dark Rose clan call home. He enjoys looking up at the stars and seeing the moon, wondering at life's mysteries.

Although Fir is antisocial and uncaring, it isn't impossible for him to find love, or maybe even start a family. Burns, as most call her, is a red dragon that particularly interests Fir. He watches her with amusement while she cares for the young and warms the eggs.

He sees something in her that he missed as a hatchling, and something he wants to reach out and grab. Will he open up to her
