Failed attempts to experiment with magic often result in transforming dragons into these hellish creatures. They are extremely dangerous, and will mindlessly kill any living creature without regard to friend or foe.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

The Nightmare of hatchies and dark legend of the cave, Ippin has made himself a name in even the neighboring lands. Much angered by the betrayal of whom he thought he could trust, Ippin now stalks the lands. He is mostly bothered by the unjust of his death, for he had at one time been a civil dragon with no known enemies. He does not know his killer and now haunts the land, roaring out in anger as his endless search continues. He can no longer appear during the day, for the sunlight causes his tarnished skin to much pain. Ippin's name is now the worst curse of the cave, for not even the leader dare call to his fallen bretheren. He is now used as a threat and a good story to scare up the hatchlings. Thanks to him hatchies now do not leave their caves at night. There is a story that claims Ippin had once eaten one hundred hatchlings to take revenge on the clan for the injustice, but none have ever dared to learn if it is true.
