White Dragons are pacifists and specialize in extremely strong healing magic. The only limit of this magic is that it can’t bring back the dead. They only eat plants and never kill living things.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Melody is always found humming or making a chirping sound when she is collecting medical herbs. She says that it lets her see the herbs clearer, as if they want to be found by a dragon that hums sweet sounds. She loves singing lullabies to little hatchlings or even eggs as well. All hatchlings become calmer and you could say healthier. Well, they don't catch any colds.

Melody is somewhat of a neat freak. Her cave must be spotless, her staff must shine. But it's not that bad, because she doesn't tell the other dragons that they are dirty or messy, just that her face shows how she feels.
