Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

A solitary dragon, Spitfire spends most of his days sleeping in the shade of almost anything, be it a tree, cave, or even in the shadow of a larger dragon. He avoids socializing with other Magi dragons, making trips to mana springs only after the previous group of dragons have been there. Even then, Spitfire doesn't spend much time in the springs, being the timid and selfless dragon he is.

His introvert personality does not get in the way of his diet, as all Magi dragons will kill and eat whatever is in their range, though Spitfire tries to keep that to a minimum.

He does not have a permanent home because of his "need" to travel and discover the world around him; Spitfire is always traveling to another location every day.
