Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Gokudera is a master of pyrotechnics. He loves to make lightening spark in the sky forming different shapes and designs. He'll snatch a trunk from the ground with his mighty claws and launch it into the sky, and then Gokudera strikes it with a huge burst of lightening igniting it mid-air. Humans will sometimes stray into his territory wondering what created the blast and Gokudera strongly resents this. He dislikes human interruptions and sends strong torrential downpours on any innocent bystander that happens to wander by him. Gokudera loves to create storms but they can be a problem for him sometimes. He's found that his horns are uncanny devices for attracting lightening and, as is evident in his blackish color, he has been struck by lightning more than once. Gokudera has no intention of ever giving up his dangerous hobby though.
