Among the most elusive of dragon breeds are the Aeon Wyverns, a breed whose innate control over time mana marks them singular and great. They are able to peer into the multi-dimensional plane of time, seeing all that is, all that has been, and all that could be—within a small localized zone. When utilizing particularly strong magic, the black markings carved into an Aeon’s body glow a bright cyan, painting them in an ethereal blue light. In the past, they have been sought after as oracles to bring swift resolutions to major conflicts, but it is in exactly such sorts of times that they are nowhere to be found; rather than influence the outcome, Aeons much prefer to allow the natural order of things to progress, however grim that may be.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Revered for his ability to watch the time-stream, many call this dragon a divine being sent as a herald and prophet. They come to his tower-like nest for advice, guidance, the fortune-telling of a godly oracle, in the hopes that his words of wisdom may reverse their fortunes and save their fates.

Aeficeon knows perfectly well he is not, in fact, a god but allows the short-lived humans and other, less worldly dragons to believe these tales. Those very few closest to him know his secret but keep quiet; they know not whether he does it for the attention or for his own safety. Who knows what such a superstitious society may do to a dragon who is not what they believe him to be...

Aeficeon does, and that is precisely why he does not correct these false claims.
