Pink Dragons are primarily herbivores and only eat meat during the mating season, when mates will exchange kills. When it is not breeding season, pink dragons spend most of their time incubating eggs and caring for their clan’s young. Due to their feminine color, it was traditionally thought that pink dragons were a strictly female breed, but this is not true.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. Elegant and swift this dragon is but at a price: his scales, light and thin make him vulnerable to spears and other metal weapons. He inhabits the mountains near the dwarf cities. Dre, a dwarf, is his most trusted companion. They have seen landscapes of all kinds together and plan on seeing more. Acktilleth has fought in exactly 7 wars in the name of the dwarves during the 346 years that he has known Dre for. His archenemy is Deathly Eclare, a murderous thunder dragon. She seldom mentions him but he knows she is aware that he wants her head. Acktilleth wears a necklace made of ivory and steel around his neck. It was given to him when he first met Dre as tribute so that he would not harm the dwarf. Acktilleth chuckled at the totally outrageous thought of him harming an innocent being but accepted the fine jewelry.  He is currently scouting the border of his territory in search of a mate to bear a clutch to pass-on his generation even though he is still young.
