Black Dragons are warriors. They are strong and capable in battles of force, but also ample magic users, capable of devastating opponents with their spells. Their bright eyes give them excellent night vision, which is why they generally hunt during the night.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Morrigan was dubbed 'The Phantom Queen' for many obvious reasons. She is often related with death and war and such. Morrigan has this special ability granted to her by the gods that enables her to take the form of almost any living creature. She transforms into a crow most of the time, but also turns herself into a cow, wolf and eel whenever she feels like it. Morrigan likes to fly swiftly in great altitudes above ground to watch over the humans, animals and dragons alike. Because of this, she is the best person to confront when in need of information. Sadly though, everyone is too afraid to approach her. Morrigan may seem evil but she is actually not. She finds it puzzling when others say that she is bad, since they are way off. No one speaks to her so nobody really knows the truth.
