Water Walkers are small dragons that are frequently found around bogs and ponds. While they are flightless, they retain the flight sacs and hollow bones of their airborne cousins. These traits, coupled with their extraordinarily long, webbed toes, allow them to stand on top of calm waters, using their small sails to propel them wherever they please. They spend the majority of their lives on the water, retreating to the tops of lily pads when the waters become too rough to float atop.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Calmly the green dragon drifted in the wind and headed to the meeting. All dragons are required for this meeting. In the meeting they socialize and address anything that comes up to each other. Each species is in a group.

Amarthal was just one of these dragons of his species. At the meeting his species got into several fights with a darker species of dragons. Because the dragons had a higher rank in the hierarchy, his species was punished by the minor overlords, who had magic abilities.

They were punished by taking their wings away and rewriting their genetic structure. They adapted to this by growing webbed feet, and survived on water instead of air. They are often seen as evil spirits in marshes, but there is no evil to them.

They wait calmly, for the major overlords do not appear often. When they do they will see things as they are. The dark dragons were higher in rank and were favored, but the high overlords are not biased. Amarthal calmly waits.
