Pink Dragons are primarily herbivores and only eat meat during the mating season, when mates will exchange kills. When it is not breeding season, pink dragons spend most of their time incubating eggs and caring for their clan’s young. Due to their feminine color, it was traditionally thought that pink dragons were a strictly female breed, but this is not true.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Morganther SweetSpirit (after the gemstone: Morganite) joined the clan cave as its 89th member as part of a rare and special arrangement. It is said that once in a great while, two clans will agree to an exchange; some to forge alliances, some to strengthen bonds already established, some for love, and sometimes, to avoid war! He, along with his clan mate, Morgandria, was a portion of such an event. The Clan Mother and the Lady Steph met on behalf of the elder dragons of both clans to verbalize a pact already set; two Clan Mystal Winter offspring for two dragons of Pink. A higher honor does not exist, for the parents nor the chosen egglings, and so volunteers came forth, granting their younglings for the noble deed. Morganther has a kind, sweet spirit, and holds great pride in his heart for the role he has played in bringing the two clans together. He spends most of his time watching over the young, and passing on the tale of how he came to be part of the clan cave.
