It was previously believed that purple dragons were exclusively female, but this is not the case. Recent environmental shifts have revealed the existence of both genders of this breed. Female behavior is well known; they are primarily herbivores but will eat meat during mating season. On the other hand, very little is known about the behavior and habits of male purple dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

User Description

Switch Horizon Thuwed is a very outgoing dragon which is usual for the male kind of his breed. He has made friends with almost all of the dragons in the clan and goes on daily hunts and gives flight lessons for the mature hatchlings in the clan near the peaks of Sozuai. Kiandra Essence his mate, enjoys every moment with him as he is always a lively dragon and can lighten any mood at anytime. She is also amused by his strange penchant of eating grape flavoured candy. Unknown to the others except for his family, they had sadly lost their first born who had been stolen on the night of its birth and died a few days after from a mysterious disease. Sometimes at night, however, the dragons on watch can hear soft weeping in wind coming from near their abode not knowing they silently mourn forever for the lost egg.
