Harvest Dragons are a large, flightless breed most often found in heavily forested mountains. Normally shy, these omnivorous dragons keep to themselves in remote regions, but in the fall they descend from their high territory to search for food—and lots of it. During the autumn months, harvest dragons will eat whatever they can find, from large and small animals to nuts and fruit. In the winter they retreat into large caves and hibernate until spring, living off the fat they have built up.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Badama came into the clan as an egg, none of the dragons in his clan knew what type of dragon he was. He later hatched and began rapidly eating all the food that he could find. The dragons fed him until he fell asleep in the middle of eating an elk. Badama would eat so much that you could see him bulging after big meals. The clan began wondering what to do with him because he was eating so much. Badama heard some of the dragons whispering about him and how they thought he was eating so much. He then set out to become one of the best hunters at the clan at a young age. By the time he became an adult dragon he was almost the best hunter in the entire clan. Badama enjoys hunting with friends for hours  every day, afterwards Badama and his friends go to the lake where they have water fights before dark.
