Holiday dragons are a very mysterious breed. They are only seen during winter, and even then it is hard to catch a glimpse of one. They are responsible for the general cheer that spreads during the holidays. In essence, they are the “Spirits of Winter.”

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Found as an abandoned hatchling, desperately in need of love, Kurisumasu Koorizatou was a mess. His wings were droopy, his stripes were obscured by dirt and grime, there were tears in his eyes. He was a terrible sight, one nobody could possibly see without taking pity on, so the human that found him did. She took pity on him, wiped his tears away, cleaned him up, and nurtured him to maturity. Thus Kurisumasu Koorizatou was ever grateful to her, his human, his mama, the only one who had ever cared. He would do anything for her, anything. From protecting her dragon clan to spreading joy and cheer through the cave by being the clan clown. He is ever faithful to his human and loves her forever for what she did for him.
