Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. This hatchling seems to be filled with a fell, inner flame.

And look! Its wings have grown, and it’s become bigger, more aggressive, and much hotter.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

tiny firewing was the runt of the litter, which is why she was abandoned. Mshaleys loves her very much, but tiny is very shy. She recently witnessed the murder of a friend when mshaleys' account was infiltrated. She is currently spiraling into depression because of this event. Mshaleys was afraid she would be mentally scarred by this event, and would eventually waste away because of it, but tiny has found her inner flame since the event, and has vowed to take revenge on the hackermurderer. She is so determined, in fact, that mshaleys has permitted her to join the Cave Guard despite her age.
