Sunbeam Drakes are the diurnal counterparts to Moonglow Drakes, their eggs having been laid during the daylight hours. They are around the size of a small dog, and while docile, can be flighty and easily startled. Most can be found high in treetops enjoying the bright sunlight, tucking themselves away at the first sign of a storm or impending nightfall. Sunbeam Drakes enjoy flying in the light of the sun, and their treetop dances are beautiful, dazzling, and serene.

Though it may appear at first that dragons and drakes have much in common, the two are completely separate species. Drakes are smaller and less intelligent than their cousin species, though both dragons and drakes sit comfortably near the top of the food chain. They are always found bearing antlers and leathery wings. Drakes share many of the same habitats that dragons do, and typically hunt in packs.

User Description

Chromohpobic is a rather strange Hunh. He was hatched, along with others in his group of eggs, with a strange phobia that would haunt their life due to a curse from the Magi Zaau. Chromophobic was diagnosed with, obviously, Chromophobia- the fear of colors. Many dragons laughed at him and claimed he was joking about his fears.

Until he clawed his own eyes out.

The dragons then realized that Chromophobic was very serious about his terror.

Very.

Chromophobic now lives in a dark world, not even caring how his torn eyelids and empty sockets terrify others. He is just glad to be able to move freely, run wildly, fall down hills, and not even shed a tear.

He is not afraid.

Not anymore.
