Storm Dragons are the masters of the skies. They are excellent fliers and land only to rest and eat. In addition, they have full control of the weather. They are very hot-tempered and easily angered. They will attack any human that bothers them, conjuring strong winds and dangerous lightning.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Deneth, along with Loganth, was the product of her mistress Royce's first successful trip into the Dragon Cave. She is hot-tempered and somewhat rebellious, but she also has a sweet side; when she loves, it is with her whole heart.<br/>When the hatchlings want to play, the first dragon they seek out is Deneth. She is adventurous and mischievous, but as much as she loves to play, she hates to lose. She often takes the hatchlings out for "flying tests" as soon as their wings grow in. This usually gets her into trouble with Royce, who understands Deneth's free-spirited nature but wishes she wasn't so reckless.<br/>Deneth spends most days racing through the skies around her cave, but when she comes back down to Earth she is usually amusing the hatchlings with her weather magic. She loves all of her brood siblings, young and old, but she feels closest to Tessith and Loganth, whom she sees as her "protectors". She can often be seen joking around with Tess or engaging Loganth in a game.
