Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It always seems to be hungry.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Kakala is a member of the Akaluca family. She is always hungry, and she will only eat fruits, meat, and insects. She is closest friends with the frozen hatchlings of the clan. Kakala enjoys watching Nebula dragons soar on full-moon nights. She will sit there for hours without getting bored. She's very friendly, but rude at times. When she's not tired, she'll listen to all of the commands that the clan leader, Alanthorna, gives her. However, not every adult clan member likes her. Pasturst, a Neotropical dragon, is annoyed at Kakala's ways. It's the same thing with Tinomara, a Balloon dragon.
