Skywing Dragons spend most of their lives flying in the air. They hunt from the air, diving at prey from above, and land only to rest. They are some of the fastest fliers, capable of extremely high speeds. The webbing at the end of the tail acts as a rudder, allowing them to easily change direction during flight.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Riiemoren (Ree-eh-more-ehn), nicknamed Riie, enjoys training herself to do more acrobatic tricks in the air. Her mate is nicknamed Dharma Lama, as he refuses to let anyone know his true name, but gossip in this particular cave is that Riie knows... Both dragons are very secretive and quiet and were nest mates, being adopted from the cave on the same day.<br/>She is currently friends with a Dark Green dragon, Fabaceaen, and knows her better than most of the other dragons. However, she has a few nest-mates who she still talks with on a daily basis. She has problems with a male silver, Chelorargyrit, for reasons they keep to themselves.<br/>She is an extremely graceful flier, being slim.<br/>She is sometimes visited by a human girl called Cailunet.
