Silver Dragons are arguably one of the most beautiful types of dragons. They live in high altitude habitats such as mountains. Male Silvers hunt and eat meat. While not as beautiful or radiant as females, silver males possess better physical attributes, such as strength.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Trojeim is a silver dragon and the only true rare after the leetle tree in his cave. He spends his time following his owner around and acting as a diplomat between other dragons in his cave and dragons of other caves. His sleeping area is connected to his master's study where he sits and listens as she reads stories and history to him and Crimson Painter. He is sometimes called 'judge' because he is called to decide if a dragon should be punished for certain actions, owes this one that thing, etc. He takes his job very seriously and is only acquaintances with the other dragons so he's never accused of favoritism. Crimson Painter is the closest thing he has to a friend.
