Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

Bronze Tomato isn't exactly sure where his name came from, as he isn't even that fond of tomatoes, nor does he look like one. He would suspect his parents of having given him some sort of embarrassing pet name when he was too young to remember, if that wouldn't have been completely out of character for both. As it is, his odd name remains one of life's great mysteries for him.
