Sunsong Amphipteres are an unusual breed. Due to light interference caused by their magical nature, they don’t seem to be affected by any ambient light source. However, when struck by direct sunlight, they shine a brilliant gold. They are playful and ever in flight; their ethereal and mysterious appearance and the fact that they are usually only seen at a distance have led many to believe they are a symbol of hope and good fortune.
Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.
User Description
Raze is a decent amphiptere, choosing to stay out of the way of others rather than becoming a nuisance. Because of this it is often speculated he's shy, and while it appears so, he is not. He simply doesn't have much to say, and feels that since he doesn't have a conversation starter, he shouldn't start a conversation.
His dazzling scales have often been talked about in the castle, specifically by the females. They all love the Sunsong's looks, though few have actually said so much as a "Hi" to him. This being the case, he dislikes many of the females; they are all vain dragons who care only for looks and nothing for personality to him. The amphiptere usually glides over the castle in the midday, his bright, reflective scales blinding to stare at, yet a beautiful sight all the same.
