Aww... It’s a cute baby dragon. It has bright blue eyes, and is as clumsy as any other hatchling, but it never seems to get injured.

And look! It has grown wings! It must be close to maturing.

Young dragons are relatively defenseless. They are born with relatively soft scales, which are shed and replaced with harder ones as the hatchling matures. Once a hatchling’s wings grow in, it typically marks the beginning of maturation. At this point they are often capable of hunting on their own and are usually left alone by their mother.

Snowstar is another eternal child and as such, she enjoys a much simpler life than many of those around her. Content to follow the two-legged tenants of Ashke'hai Keep she is usually found laying at someone's feet, being scratched behind the brow-ridges or resting in front of the fireplaces of various quarters. She enjoys the company of her own kin of course, but there is simply something special about the attention received from the human and elven residents. She offers her love in return in the form of playful nips, purrs and chirps.
