Magi Dragons are, as their name suggests, primarily magic users. They rarely use physical forms of attack. They eat anything they can kill, which is almost everything. They won’t kill unprovoked except when hunting, although they may kill humans if in danger. Their strong magic makes them one of the most feared breeds of dragons.

Dragons are highly-intelligent reptilian creatures that—from a human perspective, at least—appear to live forever. Many different varieties of dragon exist, each with their own unique qualities, habitats, and behavior. Adolescence in dragons is usually marked by the growth of a hatchling’s wings, although not all breeds of dragons grow wings and some breeds have other traits that indicate the beginning of maturation. In Galsreim, dragons and humans coexist peacefully.

"Severe" is the best word to describe Saverne's character. He takes everything seriously and is loathe to let any small discrepancy- a rude slip of the tongue, a patch of diseased or peeling scales- escape his notice. Being very critical of other dragons, he chooses his friends and allies as carefully as possible. Any friend who can stand Saverne's overbearing personality will discover his "good side"- he is very intelligent and gives good advice when it is needed.
